Former Tottenham striker Darren Bent has urged Brentford goalkeeper David Raya to give up his interest in a move to Arsenal amid links with the Emirates Stadium.
The Spain international is wanted by a number of top clubs this summer after enjoying a superb season with the west London side.
The Gunners have led the race for the 27-year-old. But Bent, who spent two seasons with Tottenham questioned why Raya would want to go as Aaron Ramsdale’s back-up and offered. He sees Chelsea as an alternative.
“David Raya is better than Kepa Arrizabalaga and why didn’t Chelsea buy him?” Bent told talkSPORT.
