Manchester United are open to offers for Marcus Rashford amid concerns over his off-field lifestyle, according to The โปรโมชั่น ufabet.
Manchester United are concerned about Rashford’s lifestyle and are concerned he is not as focused on football as he used to be. With sources saying the player has had a number of off-field issues affecting his performances.
Rashford was fined two weeks’ wages in January after being photographed drinking heavily. And was dropped from the FA Cup win over Newport after falling ill the night before.
Rashford was also left out of the Boxing Day game under Erik ten Hag for disciplinary reasons. But he came on as a substitute and scored the winner.
Rashford still has a chance to turn things around under Ruben Amorim, having scored three goals in five appearances for the new manager. But his time there has been dwindling and United are keen to see his hunger and desire to do well. United
were open to selling the 27-year-old last summer. And that is just the extent of his drop in form despite being handed a new contract in 2023.
Rashford has also missed out on England’s Euro 2024 squad and his last appearance for the national team came in March.
There is little chance United will be able to sign him. With Rashford earning around £325,000 a week and having struggled for form for months. He is contracted until 2028 but could be tempted to leave in the summer.
Only a handful of clubs would be willing to offer him a wage package, with Saudi Arabia among them and Paris Saint-Germain also linked.
Selling Rashford would also be attractive to United. As he is a homegrown player and would be subject to financial obligations when it comes to financial rules.
Reports have suggested that Amorim would have a mid-range budget compared to Ten Hag’s. With the club’s chiefs having no plans to overhaul the squad, believing they still have more potential.
